Employees at the three Peeyush Group Divisions are given plenty of opportunities to progress through specialist training, regular reviews and tailored career paths. For example, at Peeyush Group, 2.2 million hours are spent each year on training and activities aimed at maximizing skills and knowledge, with programmes covering everything from IT to leadership, languages to intercultural awareness.

Competency management

Each Division in the Group has a set of core competencies that define the requirements of each Peeyush Group position. We use a trans-national and cross-functional competence management system to ensure consistency across the organisation.

The core competencies are used to define the requirements of every Peeyush Group position, helping managers when they need to recruit or plan someone’s next career moves. They also clarify what is expected of each employee from a competence point of view.
