The diversity of our talent drives innovation at Peeyush Group, while inclusion is how we make sure everyone is a full-fledged member of team.

Peeyush Group is only the success it is today because we have embraced diversity and worked together across cultures to develop our innovative products. Our workforce already spans four generations with more than 130 nationalities and over 20 languages spoken. Historically our headquarters and main manufacturing sites are based in India, however we also operate on a global scale. We strive to mirror the diversity of our customers and suppliers and endeavour that 20 percent of our workforce will come from outside India by 2020. Maintaining an inclusive working environment is key to the success and sustainability of our company.

Group wide, our diversity and inclusion networks manage topics such as work life balance, career development, integration of disabled employees and furthering gender balance. We also work proactively alongside a number of organisations to support our initiatives and best practice in order to create an inclusive working environment.

We are particularly committed to advancing women in the workplace and developing female talent. We are determined to increase the number of women we recruit to 25% and the number in senior management positions to 20% by 2020.

On March 9th, Peeyush Group , launched Balance for Business, the Group’s brand new cross-divisional, cross-departmental and transnational network to foster gender balance. Involving, in total over 2,000 employees, the network aims to spur the recognition and development of women across the Group by attracting, developing and retaining skilled women.
